Overall Personality: One word to describe Lucius is, arrogant. He beams this sort of egocentricity to everyone around him. A wall of obnoxious, arrogant and decadent shadow that stalks him and frightens most away. Lucius has a commanding and powerful presence about him that he will use to full advantage. He delights in tormenting the lesser mud bloods and asserting his authority over them. Although he is evidently a spoiled and rotten young man he is by no means unintelligent. He could tell you things about anything, history, potions, runes, anything. He’s extremely well educated and has always been so. However, rather than further any academic causes he chooses to use his intelligence negatively. He will flaunt it as a means to impress people, or intimidate people, or to form new and intuitive ways of making those around him quake in their boots. He cannot accept his talents for what they are and use them wisely, no, Lucius has to use them as a means of proving to everyone that he is a pure blood. He is of the superior race. He is a Malfoy.
Lucius is almost a hypnotic presence, able to manipulate people into doing what he wants with great ease. He has a talent for being able to read people very well and will pray on their fears or desires in order to talk them around to his way of thinking. He is a young man that has never gone without anything in his life and therefore is not used to hearing the word no. He cannot stand that word, and it infuriates him every time someone dares to even think of saying it to him. Therefore he has perfected the art of smiling genuinely, going for the jugular in terms of moulding people and playing with their emotions. In this respect Lucius borders on Sociopathy. He seems to struggle with the concepts of right and wrong. When he hurts someone, offends them, steps out of line in any respect he will not apologize. He cannot seem to register that he has done anything wrong and will continue on without any sign of remorse.
As well as being a borderline sociopath and so arrogant you want to slap him, he also has a furiously wild temper. He can lose it rather suddenly, and when he does he can seem quite frightening. He loses what little rationality he has to begin with and is lost to a fit of obscenities and shouting. He can become a little violent, throw things. He’ll shout until he can’t breathe and then it will all fade away like nothing even happened. He has a sort of primal dark side, this is when it comes out. When he is angered, or doesn’t get things to go his way.
Lucius has a preoccupation with sex. Which, for his age is probably quite normal, but he is so jaded when it comes to this topic that it’s kind of worrying. He will ‘have’ who he wants regardless of the consequences and apart from securing the Malfoy bloodline he can’t really comprehend the use of a relationship. His mind is constantly on the issue, and searching for the next person he can demand this off. It sort of serves as an answer to his problem with ‘instant gratification’. Sex is available for the most part, and so it serves as a perfect distraction from other problems that nibble away at him. It’s almost like his drug. His escape. Lucius again, cannot associate this sort of thing with a loving relationship, he has no examples to look to in order to be a romantic. So he sees the opposite sex as more of a tool rather than searching for someone to ‘fall in love’ with.
Finally, Lucius is a chameleon. He can adjust himself to fit in. He requires the teachers, for the simple purpose that they grade him, they ensure an education. So for them, he is sweetness and light. To everyone else, his peers, he is that arrogant asshole that most people talk about in disgust. Although he has many issues, Lucius is very charismatic, charming and intelligent, and this is why he is so very dangerous.

Appearance: Overall:
Lucius is your typical slender built, and white haired Malfoy. The young man is tall, with broad shoulders and a slim waist and slim legs. He looks almost stream lined, with hips like that famous muggle dancer Fred Astaire. His legs are ridiculously long, because he's fairly tall for a young man of his age. He insists he's got a good three years of growing in him just yet, and insists that everyone should imagine him at his best. In three years time, when he'd finally be twenty. There's something incredibly attractive about that age for some reason. Lucius has fantastic hands. The skin on them is perfectly smooth and he doesn't have any of those strange, prominant veins protruding in his skin. His hands are often commented on for being elegant, and looking great with a wand between his fingers. He has those broad shoulders, and a physique like an athlete. He likes to maintain that he would rather look slender, and sensual than look like a body builder. For him, muscle just isn't attractive. He's never worked out a day in his life, so he really is very slim for a male. Better to be that way than looking like an over enflated moron.
The young man, has white hair that has some hues of a more golden blonde through it when he's in the correct light. He likes to insist that it's white though, because white is more seductive and sultry. Or at least that's what Lucius will tell you. However, there are deffinate hues of golden blonde in it, when the sun kisses his hair. Don't mention that to him though, because he might bite you. Next we come to one of the young man's most prominant features. His eyes. They're so exotic it's unreal, and so hypnotizing that he's been accused of being a vampire because of them. His eyes are almost almond shaped, and a pure, ice like blue. They're frosty, and cruel like the ocean yet there's something too tempting about them that you just can't resist staring into them. Even if it's just for a second. He prides himself on this feature. He says it's a highlight of his superb genes. The young man has pale, pure skin. He will often be seen with a tint of red in his cheeks, like a winter blush. Where the frost has gotten to his skin and turned his cheeks and tip of his nose slightly rosey. He has a smooth, rounded face, with rounded, soft features. As for clothing he will normally be seen in uniform because he's proud of his house. When not in uniform, he'll be in a shirt, with a collar, and genes. Usually something red and silky, or just black when it comes to the shirts.

History: Born on the 30th, to Abraxas and Jocasta Malfoy . Lucius has the type of background you’d expect to match his attitude and blood line. He was born into a wealth that most of his age, would find hard to imagine. As a baby, Lucius had the most interaction with his mother . Jocasta and Abraxas had always been quite an odd couple, because Abraxas was a Slytherin alumnus and had the attitude problem to prove it. His son was going to be just like him. He was going to go into the same house. Abraxas was planning to groom Lucius to be the perfect heir to the Malfoy bloodline. Wipe out all traces of compassion and lust for life in him, and make him concentrate on the Malfot bloodline and it's continuation. He would make him ruthless, power hungry, intelligent. Equip him with all the weaponry required to succeed at this. Jocasta however, had always been a peaceful and gentle lady that enjoyed simple things. She hadn’t married Abraxas for his money, she had believed that he was the one and all that jazz. He had been typical. A typical pure blood with an immense superiority about him. Just like any Malfoy, he had been dedicated to the well being and continuation of his family. Abraxas Malfoy's only mission in life was to see the superior race, the pure bloods, and his family's respectability and power grow. He was a man with influence, a man that could snap his fingers and get what he wanted. Just as Lucius would become in following yeas.
The relationship between his parents had never been one that he had particularly admired. Even as a child he could feel himself slowly becoming poisoned by his father and his purist way of thinking. Seeing these things with the innocence of a child, proved to make that boy somewhat rebellious as a child and he would often question his father. He would ask why muggles, or mud bloods were lesser than he was or why he was any better. He would demand to know why he was superior and this was enrage his father and earn Lucius a few beatings. Even as a very young child, Abraxas had maintained a strict and very Victorian social structure to the family. Children were to be seen and not heard, children were to be miniature versions of their parents. The wife would be silent until she was spoken to, and she was the property of her husband. Which in this case was the uppity, flippant and extremely volatile Abraxas Malfoy. This is where further tension came from when Lucius was but seven years old. He wouldn’t be able to stomach the way his father spoke to his mother. The woman was a timid, and shy creature, hardly the type of person you would associate with the Malfoys. She had been a bit younger than Abraxas and had only been selected by him because she was a pure blood, capable of producing children and fairly attractive. The man made no connection with her on any sort of intimate level.
Their relationship, and public rowing didn’t do the boy any favours. Lucius never managed to witness any sort of loving relationship in his life. His mother resented him because he wasn’t wanted by her, not in any sort of mother to son relationship and his father wanted him as an air and was far too old fashioned and strict to show the boy any affection. He was merely a means of continuing the Malfoy line. By the time Lucius had come along the two of them hated one another anyway, even more so when they’d first married. It was a simple matter of desiring respectability that caused them to have this false pleasantness about them when in company. Divorce was not an option because it simply would not have looked good at all. So, the boy had no basis in which t form an idea of what love was like. This was the first damaging thing to happen to Lucius. He never witnessed love, so in later years he was never able to appreciate it.
By the time he was at Hogwarts, in his first years, he had become entirely different to the boy he was as a small child. All child-like wonder had been stripped away, the need to ask questions beaten out of him and any form of compassion dissolved. He loathed people, he had been told time and again over and over that he was better than anybody else and so he had become arrogant. He had been privately tutored so he knew his glasses well in advance of anyone else and therefore he had intelligence as another weapon at his disposal. The metamorphosis was quite concerning, but Abraxas had been determined to make Lucius the son he should be. A true Malfoy.
It was over this year at Hogwarts that the metamorphosis had been finalized. Lucius had been taught everything about being a Malfoy and now he had put it into practice at Hogwarts. So it was cemented into place now. He had found a new respect for his name, because it got him certain advantages and he had formed a dependency on his name. The Malfoy name had suddenly become his ticket to people fearing him or knowing who he was before he’d been introduced. So, when he was twelve he had become quite frightened and sick to his stomach at the discovery of his father’s ‘extra’ activities. Abraxas marriage was failed, but still official out of a need to sustain this determined respectability, but he still hated his wife. The man it seemed, for a number of years had been having an affair which his mother had been rather sure of in previous years anyway. Her suspicions had been confirmed. Lucius and his mother and all other Malfoy relatives quickly shipped the woman away, before news of the affair spread and Abraxas was returned to his unloving wife where the pair bickered and fought over years to come.
This incident at last, confirmed Lucius as a Malfoy. He had no respect for anyone that wasn’t a pure blood, he had no means in which to form meaningful relationships and he no longer had any trust for anyone. His upbringing had ensured him to be an unpleasant and twisted individual for years to come.
